I've gotten a little bit behind on several things, but I'm still planning on doing this. I'd be happy to take part in a discussion here, or if anyone has any ideas about the type of format this type of discussion could take place in, let me know. I'm thinking something like Yahoo Messenger, or perhaps a webcam/text format such as Oovoo (www.oovoo.com) or Stickam (www.stickam.com). Oovoo is like Yahoo, only you can have several people on at once, using webcams and/or text. Stickam is browser-based, and you can also have several people chatting at once, with webcams and/or text.

I haven't laid my hands on a copy of the book yet, if it has to be mail ordered and I can get one in time we would love to be apart of a study group if it is open to anyone :-)
As far as formats go, I have attended a few of Dave Lesniak's sessions on Talk Shoe and it seemed to go fairly well allowing phone, p.c. audio, or type chat.

Ron, yes... talkshoe is something that I didn't think about. I've not yet tried it but I know that Dave loves it so I'll go give it a look. Thanks for mentioning that.

Joel, I don't think I can commit to anything right now but keep us posted here. I'd love to participate but you know how hard it is for me to do something like that during the school year.

I'll keep everybody posted as to when this might possibly get started. I had thought that once the kids were back in school a couple of months ago, I would start to have more free time, but so far it hasn't worked out that way! But hopefully this study can start soon.

I'm definitley interested in the book and possibly the study as well. But I haven't had a chance to grab hold of the book just yet. Keep us posted though.
